Diane Cantrell, LPC, is an award-winning author, counselor, and former teacher. Her book, Good-bye, Baby Max, invites children to join a classroom teacher, Mrs. B., and her students as they excitedly await the birth of three baby chicks. When Max is unable to crack open his shell, the children’s loving teacher assists them in expressing their feelings of loss and planning a special good-bye.
Diane is thrilled to be back in schools sharing her writing experiences and the important message of her touching story filled with rhyming verse and rich colorful illustrations.
