Dare to Imagine: A Magical, whimsical Journey for Kids
Written by Leonard Eckhaus; Illustrated by Stacy Hummel
Dare to Imagine is a cornucopia of wonderful children’s poems, songs and fables.
Follow the kitten Patches as she makes a new friend and learns how important it is to heed her mother’s advice; read the fairytale of Sirius, the brightest star in our galaxy and how she taught all the other stars to shine brightly and light up the sky every night; go on a great adventure with Darby as he rides trolley cars and marches in a parade; and go along on an eight year old’s journey to an ancient castle where he meets the king and the queen and eats blackbird pie.
This book is for the children. Each poem and fable parallel events and activities all younger children experience. At the end of each narrative are some questions for discussion. These questions are meant to engender thoughts and greater insights into the topics, from the child’s perspective.
Additionally, each of the poems is also a fun lyric to a song that the children can sing along with and that you can enjoy together. When you purchase the book, you will be able to download these (free) songs so you and your child can enjoy the songs and stories over and over again.

Animal Craft Kit
The Craftikit Animal Crafts Kit is a fun and simple box of crafts for kids aged 3-8 to enjoy. There are 20 fun and simple projects to keep little ones busy on those rainy days.
The kit is organized to make it easier to use. Each craft lives in its own paper envelope and contains everything that the child needs to complete the project. No more trips to the craft store for extra supplies!
Each envelope has a sticker with a picture of the craft on it and is color coded into 4 categories; Tissue Paper Crafts, Paper Bag Puppets, Paper Plate Crafts, and Tube Animals. This means that finding the type of project and animal they want to create is a cinch. Little ones can simply flick through the envelopes in the box, choose the craft they want, and close the box for later on.
Most crafts are made of paper and card, with a few other fun supplies thrown in. A glue stick and washi tape is included inside and provide all the stickiness needed for every craft.
The crafts are designed to develop and child’s fine motor skills, challenge their ability to follow instructions, and allow them to express their creativity through the Mystery Craft. Most of the crafts are puppets, meaning that they continue to deliver fun long after they’ve been made.
